Are you planning to complete an internship for credit this spring? Now is the time to find an internship, get registered, and consider applying for a grant.
If your internship is unpaid or pays less than $15/hour, there is money available to fund your internship!
Applications for Spring 2025 English Dept. Internship Grants are now open. The deadline to submit is 11:59pm Tuesday, January 21, 2025, but early applications will be prioritized, so the earlier you submit your materials, the better.
- Receive funding for unpaid and low-paid internships.
- For-credit and not-for-credit internships are eligible.
For Spring 2025, we have additional grant funding available from the English Department Endowment for those internships that may not fit existing grant funds’ criteria, so please apply and specify “Endowment Funds” in your cover letter!
For descriptions of funds and eligibility information, see “Financial Assistance for Your Internship” on the department's Internship page.
